Refund eligibility is set by each event organizer and shown at checkout.
General policy
- Tickets are refundable up to the organizer’s stated cut-off, unless marked non-refundable.
- Votes are final and non-refundable once cast.
- If an event is cancelled, ticket buyers are refunded in full to the original payment method or wallet.
Requesting a refund
Open the order in My tickets or email [email protected]. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
