The pre-sale playbook: sell out tier one before doors open

The best on-sales feel effortless from the outside and are anything but behind the scenes. A pre-sale is your first read on demand, and it rewards the people who care most about the night you are building.
Start with a small, genuinely limited tier one. Scarcity you can defend builds trust, scarcity you invent erodes it. Give your most engaged followers a window that closes on a real deadline, then let the momentum from that window carry your public on-sale.
Watch the sell-through rate, not just the count. If tier one clears in hours, your pricing has room. If it stalls, the problem is rarely the price, it is the story. Tighten the promise before you touch the number.
