Reading the room: what check-in data tells you before the encore

Check-in is not just a gate, it is a sensor. The rate at which people arrive tells you when to open the second bar, hold the doors, or move the headline.
Watch the arrival curve against your own history. A slow front half usually means the schedule, not the turnout, and you can still fix the schedule. A wall of late scans means your comms landed at the wrong hour.
The data is only useful if you look while the night is live. Set the dashboard where your team can see it and give someone the authority to act on it.
