Pricing tickets without leaving money on the table

Price is the fastest feedback loop you have. Set the first tier low enough to reward loyalty, then let each tier tell you what the next one can bear.
The mistake is treating tiers as fixed. They are levers. If a tier clears too quickly you priced it cheap, if it lingers you priced it hopeful. Move deliberately and let the data lead.
Always hold a small premium tier back. It anchors the value of everything below it, and it gives your most committed guests a way to say yes to more.
