Crypto at the door: accepting USDT and BTC without the headache

L Lina Farah · 30 May 2026 · 1 min read

Accepting crypto is less about technology and more about clarity. Decide which coins and networks you support, show them plainly at checkout, and confirm on-chain before you hand over a ticket.

Stablecoins like USDT keep the price predictable, while BTC appeals to a certain kind of buyer. Offer both, label the network clearly, and never leave the payer guessing which address is which.

Settlement is the part people forget. Know your conversion path back to local currency before you switch it on, and treat every payment as final only once the network confirms it.
